Legal Wedding for Indonesian Citizen
- Copy of birth certificate for both parties/ copian akte lahir dari kedua mempelai
- Copy of identity card for both parties/ copian KTP dari kedua mempelai
- Copy certificate of marriage from minister of religion/ copian surat nikah dari pemuka agama
- Copy of never married Certificate for both parties/ surat belum pernah menikah dari kepala desa atau lurah
- Letter of parental consent for person under 21/ surat ijin menikah dari orang tua untuk yang berumur di bawah 21 tahun
- Copy of divorce certificate (when relevant)/ Surat cerai (jika sudah pernah menikah)
- Copy of witnesses’s ID card at least 2 person (unbload related)/ copian KTP 2 orang saksi (bukan keluarga)
- Five (5) photographs (6x4cm) of the couple ( the groom on the right-hand side)/ 5 lembar pasfoto ukuran 6x4cm (mempelai pria berada di sebelah tangan kanan mempelai wanita)
Legal Wedding for Overseas Citizen
- Copy of passport (both partners)
- Copy of birth certificate (both partners)
- Copy of decree absolute if you have been married before
- Copy of passports of two witnesses
- Copy certificate of marriage from minister of religion
- Widows and Widowers must present a copy of death certificate of the former spouse.
- Fill in the wedding arrangement form and civil form
- 5 photograph size 4 x 6 ( the groom on the right-hand side)
- Letter of No Impediment to marriage which is legalized by representative embassy or consulate in Bali/ Indonesia, certifying that there is no objection to the couple getting married in Indonesia.
